Returns
As all products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Preference changes after purchase

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we'll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.\
Cancellations
Because orders begin production shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been submitted.

Refunds
